Volkswagen Beetles, or "Vocho" as they are known in Mexico, specifically in the context of San Miguel de Allende. The bright and shiny to the barely recognizable, classic Volkswagens seem to be everywhere.  It seems that no matter what street or alley I walk down it’s like a Beetle Bug safari, there's another VW for me to aim my camera at it. The bar, known as "Bar San Miguel," is no longer operating. I would often sit across the street and wait for a Beetle Bug to get the bar in the background. In 2019 created only 40 Limited Prints, in hindsight wish had created more. The bar was located in San Miguel de Allende, a colonial-era town in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. Shot with Canon AE-1, using Lomo 400 film.
