Description
Gliding through the crowd in only underwear on rollerblades, unbothered, almost regal. Captured on film a moment of urban flux, Rush Hour is a black-and-white photograph contrasting stillness and speed, absurdity and routine. Around him, pedestrians hustle—blurred by motion, bound by norm—while he appears suspended in his own timeline.
Shot on classic TRI-X 400 film, this candid image captures the chaos and choreography of public space with a wink. It’s a portrait of contrast: anonymity and spectacle, the everyday and the eccentric, conformity and freedom.
Whether read as humorous, sociological, or quietly rebellious, Rush Hour invites viewers to question what’s considered normal in public life—and who gets to break the script.
