Photographed in South Africa in 2019, Yoda and Imara captures a quiet moment between two giraffes in the bushveld. The photograph was later finished by hand using India ink and a dip pen, giving the border a tactile, spontaneous energy that mirrors the rhythm of the landscape. Visually, it recalls 1960s wildlife monographs but reimagined through a contemporary mixed-media lens — it feels like a memory being rediscovered rather than a documentary snapshot. The result is both timeless and personal, a meeting of observation, texture, and place.

Over time, his practice evolved into a body of visual essays—layered with intuition, philosophy, and travel—exploring the relationships between nature, memory, and human presence.

A California-based artist whose work bridges visual storytelling, documentary sensibility, and emotional resonance. His fine art prints are held in private collections and galleries worldwide.
